Sunrise Vitality opened its doors in October 2009 and offered walking and reflexology near Kallie Court. Services included a walking support program and a variety of reflexing techniques for feet and hands to reduce stress and other body imbalances. In 2010 Sunrise Vitality Home Office transitioned to downtown Stillwater, Minnesota at the Compass Center for Healing, a new integrative healing center, located at 116 E. Chestnut St. starting in March of that year. Starting on Wednesday, October 5 reflexology will also be offered in Prescott, Wisconsin at Shangrila Salon, 720 St. Croix Street.

The Compass Center for Healing and Shangrila Spa is a quiet haven with a private reflexology room of calm, comfort and soothing background music. Finishing touches have been recently added to include a hot towel with your choice of jojoba oil or coconut scented Burt's Bees Foot Cream -- a client favorite!
Sally Ann Noel
Sally Ann Noel was born and raised in Western Wisconsin. While working as executive assistant and support staff supervisor several years for a St. Paul, Minnesota insuran
ce company she trained in the areas of business, communications and leadership. Sally continued to gain career experience and skills while working in sales and marketing for eight years in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Since becoming an empty-nester in 2007, she decided to study and practice reflexology in Stillwater and the surrounding areas to move more gracefully through her 50's, 60's, 70's and beyond. She also enjoys walking, yoga and traveling.
In Hudson, Wisconsin at the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts (SCCHA) Sally participated in the Reflexology Program. Most recently, she studied The Flocco Method -- Integrating Foot Hand Ear Reflexology, an advanced reflexology class, earning reflexology certification. Upon completion of Anatomy & Physiology she continues her study in preparation for the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) exam for National Certification. Although licensing and certification are not a requirement to practice in Minnesota or Wisconsin, regular practice of the technique and studies enhances the quality of professional service provided. Sally is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
Her passion to help other people led her to become the experienced Reflexology practitioner she is today. It is her desire to be of service to others by helping to enhance and empower individuals to be the healthiest they can be in mind, body and spirit. She continues to deepen her understanding of wellness and health through active learning opportunities throughout the area.
