For those on the run, we've 30-minute reflexology sessions or plan for some serious relaxing and stay for up to two hours. When we care for our feet our entire body feels the benefits!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT? A Reflexology session may take you into deep relaxation, while a reflexologist spends up to two hours working on your feet, hands or ears. Most people choose feet. Aches and strains can be minimized and circulation improved.
